| 經部推優質平價產品 衝刺出口

經濟部推動「優質平價新興市場方案」第一階段，三年有成，去年中國大陸、印度、印尼、越南等四大目標市場優平產品平均出口成長率高達84.8%，優於所有產品的44.3%，帶動新興市場出口比重逐年拉升，今年目標則要達到占出口總值28.5%。
經部次長卓士昭昨（26）日出席經部國貿局與商發院舉行的「2013決勝新興市場論壇」，他表示，擴大新興市場出口作法不是散槍打鳥，須集中火力，因此自2010年起推動優平方案第一階段，以大陸、雙印、越南為主。
今年起啟動第二階段，加入人口近1億人的菲律賓，並將生產民間消費品所需設備納入推動方案，新增機械設備類，共有14類493項產品，透過政府政策支援，盼將新興市場出口比重全年拉升到28.5%。
今年以來出口不佳，前10月新興市場出口值雖然下降至722.41億美元，但占總出口比重已達28.6%。

【陳穎／台北報導】韓國天團「BIGBANG」TOP在大銀幕新作《同窗生》扮北韓間諜。該片今天中午在台北日新威秀戲院開始售票，大批台灣戲迷頂著寒風熬夜搶排電影票，粉絲們直呼：「一點都不累，很值得！」
他在片中詮釋北韓間諜。《同》片下月20日在台上映，電影公司推出6款劇照小卡收集活動，將於不同戲院發放讓粉絲收集。
