【胡治言／綜合報導】彰化林姓女子去年買透天厝，事後才知道當地會淹水，怒控詐欺。昨二審指林女無法證明淹水致房屋曾損害修繕，不符隱瞞「交易重大資訊」要件，判賣方、房仲無罪定讞，林女氣得剃光頭控訴判決不公。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，林女昨聽判後激動問法官「為何這樣判？」法官僅回稱：「交代在判決書。」林女指她沒錢請律師，法官連賣方都改判無罪，無法接受，她一路哭回彰化，氣到剃光頭髮向媒體哭訴：「我沒有辦法以死抗議，這樣媽媽會傷心，只好將女人的第二生命頭髮剪光抗議。」

律師徐承蔭表示，房屋淹水會影響交易價格和意願，屬重大資訊，賣方未主動告知應涉觸「不作為詐欺」。
