| 遠通電收：重複交易是eTag必須面對的宿命

這麼神？要學瞬間移動只要貼貼紙就好？這其實是現在許多用路人無奈的心聲！
因為從今年1月2日起，國道計程收費正式收錢後，就不斷傳出有使用者遭重複扣款等情事，像是同一門架扣款兩次、南下車輛在17分鐘內向北位移46.1公里、南下車輛在南下北上兩邊都被扣款、同時間同門架重複扣，甚至未拆封啟用的eTag一樣被扣錢，不查帳可能就會被亂收錢。
eTag偵測器到底出了什麼問題？遠通發言人周世惠日前說，「eTag的天線有個偵測的範圍，所以重複交易，是一個eTag必須要去面對的宿命，跟我們的挑戰。」
由於eTag紅外線的感應範圍，左右長0.9米，前後是6米，幅員範圍內確實難免重疊，車如果開在內側車道，就可能被對向車道的偵測器感應，或是變換車道太快，也會出現一秒同時感應。
民進黨籍立委管碧玲就質疑，感應系統據說是停車場專用的，台灣是第一個放在高速公路上使用的國家。
而對於發生重複扣款，遠通昨日正式出面道歉，並強調用戶權益受到保障，針對121筆客戶有重複扣款的情形，將會以個案處理，進行一定比例的金額補償。
