奇摩購物中心買筆電，退貨無原廠包裝能退嗎？

我0508在購物中心買了acer aspire v5筆電
昨天0518晚上，電腦進入休眠，要打開時就突然黑屏→正常→黑屏→正常這樣閃動，於是問購物中心客服這情況如何處理？但客服回信居然直接說幫我辦退貨了

因為這10天來用都沒問題，所以所有包裝都已經丟了
然後看到退貨頁面寫到
•原廠外盒毀損或商品缺件、刮傷，將無法受理退貨或將視毀損程度折扣退款金額。

問客服這樣能不能退？他卻一直貼"退貨相關注意事項"給我

請問這樣還能退嗎？或是會被扣一堆錢啊？
實在不想往返老半天結果不能退，或是大扣款==

(而筆電後來重開機兩次後又正常了...)
