這年頭學歷非碩士 (博士和學士都比較吃虧)比較難有公司主動找上月薪太高也是很難有公司主動找你的通訊地點不是新竹這種有園區優勢的也很難讓人青睞年紀更是重點,過了30管你經驗多好對方大多是以薪水考量來找人!! 現在好的ic設計公司一堆人在搶!! 台灣現在的科技業已經到了僧多粥少的地步了五年前剛出社會,一堆人把台積當作次選,把M m RTK,Novatek,..還有未上市的當作首選現在呢,一堆人想擠台積還擠不進去,難度比五年前難度高很多! ※ 引述《abcd6101 (我愛綠茶)》之銘言： : 想請問一下各位大大 : 小弟最近在用104履歷 104有分三部分 : 主動應徵紀錄通知我的公司看過我的公司 : 我目前是都還沒有主動應徵但發現看過我的公司好少~才1x家 : 原PO國立大學機械學士我是不是哪裡設定到什麼 : 導致很多特定的公司看不到我的履歷我確定我履歷有開放 : 是不是我我去限制到什麼條件了呢.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.39.236.117
