福利好小三通便利　金馬人口持續成長

【王家俊／台北報導】內政部上午公布最新人口遷移統計，從近6年來累計數觀察，北部地區人口淨遷入16萬餘人次、增0.66%最多，金馬地區人口淨遷入近3萬7千人次、增0.16%次之，中部、南部及東部地區則呈現人口淨遷出現象，顯示人口仍續朝北部集中。內政部認為，金馬地區近年持續人口淨遷入現象，顯然受金門縣福利措施及小三通效應影響。

此外，內政部統計，去年度自國外遷入及初設戶籍者約6萬2千人，遷往外國者約4萬7千人，兩者同呈減少現象，但仍使社會增加成長約1萬4千人。而去年年遷徙人口仍集中桃園縣在內的6都直轄市（含準直轄市），遷徙人口合占全國的7成3，與歷年遷徙狀況相當。

依照內政部戶政司網站，截至去年底為止，金門縣人口已突破12萬人大關，在外島中居冠，比澎湖縣的10萬餘人還多，連江縣則為1萬2千餘人。
