電鍍毒水案被告抗告成功　更裁後1收押3交保

【孫英哲／彰化報導】彰檢偵辦電鍍毒水案收押9名業者後，其中祥賀、藝松及膳旺等3家公司的4名被告透過律師提出抗告成功，台中高分院法官撤銷原裁定，將案件發回彰化地院更裁。彰化地院今天重開羈押審理庭。

經3個多小時審理後，法官裁定祥賀公司負責人父子張友堂及張建雄兩人，張友堂收押，張建雄250萬元交保；藝松公司負責人黃仁松350萬元交保；膳旺公司負責人黃宏錞20萬元交保。
