有精神病史的建築師　立院修法放寬資格限制

【林修卉╱台北報導】立法院今三讀通過行政院版的《建築師法》第4條修正案，未來罹患精神疾病或身心狀況違常，經中央主管機關委請2位以上相關專科醫師諮詢，並經中央主管機關認定不能執行業務，不得擔任建築師；已任建築師者由中央主管機關撤銷或廢止證書。

行政院認為，現行規定「只要經公立醫院證明有精神病者，不得充任建築師」，有過度限制人民職業自由之虞，因此修法以保障人民職業自由的權利

另外，立法院今也三讀通過立委陳雪生提出的《建築師法》第28-1及31-1條修正案，原福建省建築工會，變更為金門馬祖地區的建築工會，並以會所所在地的當地政府為主管機關。
