【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】英國一名孕婦日前因腹中的嬰兒等不及要出世，被迫在加油站分娩，碰巧遇上一名助產士，在她的幫助下嬰兒順利出生，母子平安。

據英國《鏡報》報導，上周三晚，麥克道爾(Nicola McDowall)突然陣痛，她的男友立即載她到醫院，但途中麥克道爾感到自己即將分娩，於是叫男友找個地方停車。結果男友將車停在當地一個購物商場停車場內的加油站，向職員求助。巧的是，一名助產士當時正在加油，她知道情況後立即施以援手，臨危不亂為麥克道爾接生。

現在麥克道爾和她的男友都希望，可以找到該名助產士，親自向她道謝。
