新一波中少將晉升名單 馬總統今批定

【王炯華／台北報導】國軍2014年上半年度中、少將將官晉升名單已經出爐，國防部知情人士透露，名單日前已送總統府將由馬英九在今日批定，預計在26日舉行晉升典禮，屆時馬英九也會親臨到場，向新科將領祝賀與期勉。

據了解，此次晉升名單中，最受矚目的就國防部長辦公室主任柏鴻輝少將，將晉升中將。柏也是自前國防部長高華柱擔任部長以來，首位在國防部長辦公室主任一職晉升中將，主要是因為高華柱為減少高階將官名額，所以都是以中將平調，擔任其辦公室主任一職。
