【葉國吏／綜合報導】基隆市驚見色狼偷摸腿！

今日出刊的《自由時報》報導，1名35歲失業王姓男子，鍾愛「熱褲長腿辣妹」，今年6月在街頭看見有位辣妹，穿著已經露出「屁股蛋」的熱褲，趁迎面擦身過時，偷摸辣妹大內側，辣妹驚覺大喊，最後王男被路人揪進警局送辦。

基隆地院法官認定大腿是人體私密處，依性騷擾防治法，判處王男5月徒刑，得易科15萬元罰金。
