關20年 尹案重要關係人郭力恆出獄

尹清楓命案爆發後，多人離奇身亡，導致命案至今無法破案，而身為命案最重要關係人的郭力恆，則因獵雷艦弊案被判無期徒刑，關進大牢近二十年。直到軍審法今年八月修正後，郭力恆獲得減刑，又因符合累計處遇縮刑十二天，法務部證實，郭力恆已在本月三號刑滿出獄。

前海軍武獲室上校組長郭力恆，因涉及獵雷艦弊案被以軍法判處無期徒刑定讞。郭力恆收押近20年，期間曾兩度向軍方聲請假釋，但國防部都以他還涉及拉法葉軍購弊案為由駁回聲請，直到今年6月爆發洪仲丘命案，再到軍審法修正，把軍事案件移到一般法院，郭力恆也因此受惠，在8月移到台北監獄服刑，他再向高院聲請減刑獲准，從無期減為有期徒刑最高刑度20年，並向法務部聲請假釋。郭力恆蹲了19年11個月又18天的牢房，終於在這個月3日服刑期滿出獄。

法務部政務次長陳明堂說，依照行刑累進處遇條例規定，總計縮刑12天，所以他算服刑期滿不算假釋。

雖然郭力恆的拉法葉軍購弊案還在纏訟中，可是依照舊法規定有期徒刑最長不能超過20年，所以就算未來被判有罪，他也不用再坐牢。
