脫離紓困 愛爾蘭總理：重建國家驕傲

愛爾蘭15日正式退出為期3年的國際紓困計畫，成為第一個擺脫國際紓困計畫的歐元區國家。愛爾蘭總理肯尼(Enda Kenny)透過電視轉播發表演說，強調脫離紓困將重建愛爾蘭的驕傲，並展開經濟快速復甦的新階段。

做為第一個擺脫紓困的歐元區國家，肯尼預測，經濟進入成長將使愛爾蘭在未來7年內削減至少四分之一的債務。

肯亞說，愛爾蘭的生活不會一夕改變，但脫離紓困已經對國際釋放出有力的訊息，愛爾蘭正奮力重生。他稱讚愛爾蘭人民的耐心和精神，重建了國家的驕傲。

愛爾蘭在2010年11月向國際貨幣基金(IMF)和歐洲聯盟(EU)取得850億歐元(1,150億美元)紓困金，用來因應銀行業陷入困境、房地產嚴重泡沫化等問題。在勵行財政撙節措施之後，愛爾蘭已經逐漸自立，並且重返國際債市。

目前，愛爾蘭的失業率已經從最高峰時的15.1%，降到13%以下；資產價格反彈回升，使得愛爾蘭政府預測，明年經濟成長率將可以達到2%。
