嘉縣環保局夜鷹稽查　3業者偷排廢水

【簡志偉／嘉義報導】嘉義縣環保局昨公布近期「夜鷹、早鳥稽查計畫」稽查結果，分別在今年7、8、10月查獲3起畜牧場裝設暗管偷排廢水導致污染環境案件，並依法開罰。

環保局說，7月2日查獲到設置在民雄鄉的甲益畜牧場，有明顯暗管偷排廢水情事，已對業主開罰1萬元，另8月28日發現位在溪口鄉的谷全實業有限公司，也發現有偷排廢水事實，此案正簽辦中，最近一次則是10月2日前往溪口鄉的永裕畜牧場進行稽查，但本案尚請業主陳述意見中。
