台北便宜捷運宅　開封街開價5字頭

【王筱君／台北報導】以往捷運被視為房價鍍金保證，但《蘋果》分析大台北各捷運沿線站點日均運輸量與房市，發現「人潮≠房價」。以北市最繁忙捷運站台北車站與西門站為例，房市均價63、51萬元，淡水新店線末端站如忠義、淡水站房價僅2字頭，一改傳統捷運站周邊房價高觀念。

永慶房屋中華店店長黃瑞賢建議，想找便宜捷運宅民眾可優先考慮博愛路、開封街或漢口街周邊，屋齡25年中古屋每坪開價50~55萬元。
