　　一、高氣壓１０２２百帕，在北緯３１度，東經１２３度，即在東海，向東移動，時速２０公里。

　　二、明（６）日東北季風影響，各地早晚氣溫仍低，中南部地區日夜溫差大；北部及東半部地區有短暫雨，其他地區及澎湖、金門、馬祖為多雲到晴的天氣。

　　三、黃海南部、花鳥山海面及浙江海面有局部霧，請注意。

　　四、海上強風特報：１、東北風影響，臺灣北部海面及及臺灣海峽平均風力可達６級，最大陣風８級，船隻請注意。明（６日）晚起臺灣東南部海面平均風力將增強至６級，最大陣風８級，船隻請注意。

２、東北風影響，巴士海峽及南海平均風力可達６級，最大陣風８級，船隻請注意。明（６日）晚起廣東海面平均風力將再增強至６級，最大陣風８級，船隻請注意。
