蘇有朋印度靈修　苦熬10天出關

【吳惠菁／綜合報導】40歲的蘇有朋日前到印度禪修，他在微博預告關機、禁語，進入10天閉關課程，並說明此課程包含戒定慧3個部分：「戒律的生活，前3天觀呼吸修定，後7天內觀進入智慧的領域。讓你達到身心靈的平衡甚至佛陀的證悟體驗。」
 
他出關後，昨晚在微博現身，介紹這次的修行場地Dhamma Hall 2共修堂，因該處允許拍照，他趁機拍下集體修行的大廳與個人打坐的小觀房，他體會到：「不曾體驗身心的寧靜輕安，又怎知生活中如此不安。」粉絲隔10天再見他，都覺得他變瘦、變年輕，他也對《中國達人秀》同台評審的趙薇喊話：「經過十天苦修，大錐子臉已經成功升級為小錐子臉，只等回去襯托妳啦！」
