希爾頓：計劃IPO盼募資24億美元

全球連鎖飯店巨擘--希爾頓全球酒店集團控股公司(Hilton Worldwide Holdings)2日宣布，計劃初次公開上市股票(IPO)以籌資24億美元，額度幾乎是希爾頓先前預估的雙倍之多。

希爾頓表示，計劃以每股18美元到21美元的發行價，公開發行1.1280億股，最多將可為希爾頓籌得24億美元資金，超過希爾頓9月間初步估算的12.5億美元。推特(Twitter)先前在11月的IPO集資達18億美元。

根據希爾頓向美國證券交易委員會(The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission，SEC)申報的文件，希爾頓將出脫6,410萬股，而另一個未透露身份的股東團體出售4,870萬股。

希爾頓表示，若是以中間價每股19.50美元IPO，獲利將達12億美元，計劃利用這筆獲利來償付債務。

黑石集團(Blackstone Group)在2007年以250億美元收購希爾頓，其中包括承接70億美元的債務，這是全球在飯店部門的最大宗收購案。
