【賴德剛／花蓮報導】關懷盃棒球賽今進行最後一天賽事，率先登場的青棒組決賽，桃園平鎮高中靠著王牌投手宋文華完投7局，還演出難得的21上21下，助球隊以5比0擊敗成功商水獲得冠軍，也完成4連霸。
 
宋文華今天1局上面對首名打者陳昊就被敲安打，但隨即將他牽制出局，之後連續解決20名打者，全場飆出9次三振，完全壓制成功商水打線，他説：「我今天狀況比前幾天好，球都能投到想要的位置。」
