法國：敘和談不邀巴夏爾

法國外交部長法畢斯(Laurent Fabius)今天(26日)表示，延宕已久的敘利亞和談將於明年1月舉行，但不會讓敘國總統巴夏爾(Bashar al-Assad)或激進反抗軍組織參與會談。

法畢斯接受法國電台訪問時表示，「第二次日內瓦會議(Geneva-2)的目的並非是空泛的討論敘利亞，而是要讓敘利亞政權代表在巴夏爾不出席的狀況下，與溫和派反抗軍達成協議，以組成臨時政府」。

他也說，「要作這項決定很不容易，但它是唯一解決方案，同時不讓巴夏爾和恐怖分子出現」。法畢斯所指的恐怖份子是敘利亞反抗軍中的激進聖戰組織成員。

美國和俄羅斯25日雙雙表示，支持明年1月22日舉行的敘利亞和談，即一般所稱的第二次日內瓦會議。

聯合國與阿拉伯聯盟共同任命的敘利亞調停代表布拉希米(Lakhdar Brahimi)表示，目前尚未確定與會者名單，但這將是2011年3月敘利亞爆發反對巴夏爾的抗議活動並演變成長期內戰以來，政府軍和反抗軍首度坐上談判桌。
