核談判協議　歐巴馬：邁向世界安全重要一步

【國際中心／綜合報導】在瑞士日內瓦舉行的伊朗核問題談判，6國外交官與伊朗代表經過4日拉鋸，終於取得初步協議。美國總統歐巴馬形容，協議為邁向世界安全，踏出「重要的第一步」和「新路徑」。

歐巴馬在6國外交官與伊朗達成臨時協議後不久，發表講話，透露協議內容包括「持續限制」伊朗研製核武。而白宮表示，伊朗承諾停止提鍊濃度高於5%的鈾，及將儲存的兩成鈾中和，而在未來半年，若伊朗能兌現承諾，美國、英國、法國、俄羅斯、中國和德國，將解除對伊朗相當於70億美元（約2074億台幣）的經濟制裁。

法國外長法比尤斯亦發表聲明，稱協議只容許伊朗將核能用於民間用途，而各國亦會繼續提高警覺，確保伊朗切實履行協議內容。
