議員質疑設廠有弊端　陳菊說：送檢調調查

【涂建豐／高雄報導】誠毅紙器公司在高雄市永安區烏樹林段原石斑魚養殖魚塭設廠，當地居民擔心汙染環境，要求市府重新評估，議員方信淵今質詢說，市府罔顧地方需求，令人覺得其中是蓄意圖利廠商進行變更成工業區，希望市府及時進行挽救。市長陳菊說，廠商若無法取得地方民意認同，其實也很難做下去，但市府全部作業，可以接受社會檢驗，也可送檢調進行調查。
 
副市長劉世芳表示，自98年10月15日進行該案討論，歷經100年5月31日及100年11月1日等會議討論，至102年5月8日定稿，要求業者必須進行說明會，但未辦公開說明會而裁定30萬元罰鍰。
