政院再編6百億治水　李鴻源：要有總合治水概念

【黃揚明／台北報導】行政院會上午通過《流域綜合治理特別條例》草案，從明年起至2019年，分6年編列6百億元經費治水。內政部長李鴻源下午受訪時重申，在治水專業部分必須考量工程手段和非工程手段，「從總合治水的概念來找出它的錢要花在哪裡。」

李鴻源強調，治水不是內政部主要業務，但營建署一定會協助水利署，在都市計畫、都市規劃、土地衝擊開發等方面給予專業協助。今年8月底因南部水患各縣市首長要求編列治水預算，當時李鴻源曾表示，若只談錢，再編600億甚至6000億元，而地方繼續超抽地下水，一樣沒用。
