好消息與壞消息順序 說的人與聽的人選擇不同

美國加州大學有項研究發現，如果有一個好消息跟一個壞消息，說的人與聽的人，預期不一樣。說的人傾向於先說好消息，再說壞消息；而聽的人則傾向於先聽壞消息，再聽好消息。

研究分析說，如果有一個好消息，一個壞消息；說的人通常傾向於先說好消息，後說壞消息。而聽的人希望先聽壞消息，這樣至少會對衝擊有點心理準備；如果聽的人先聽到好消息，對下面可能會有的壞消息，仍然會感到相當不安。
