月薪60萬 NBA教練改造防守

【龍柏安╱台北報導】台灣大本季目標鎖定晉級SBL冠軍賽，季外就連教練團也補強，找來NBA國王隊助理教練休利(Otis Hughley，見圖)，月薪近2萬美元(約60萬台幣)，負責訓練長人與強化防守，何守正說：「外教防守觀念真的有一套，就連防守站的位置和角度都非常要求。」
總教練鄭志龍坦言教練不是萬能，他說：「我也有我的盲點，我的長處是進攻體系，公司也認為這個投資不只對球隊有幫助，對於這些球員和台灣籃球都有好處，才願意花錢找外教來協助我們。」

擅長鼓勵 練球也熱血

休利執教的好處？吳永仁搞笑地模仿教練神情，彎下腰來鼓掌說：「很好、很棒，就是這樣，我們再來1次。」他說，休利很擅長鼓勵球員，「他會讓大家覺得就算只是訓練，也能充滿熱血。」
