習近平：三中將就全面深化改革總體部署

大陸國家主席習近平今接見「廿一世紀理事會」北京會議外國代表時強調，中國不會落入所謂中等收入國家陷阱，而三中全會將提出綜合改革方案，就全面深化改革進行總體部署。

習近平表示，中國仍是世界上最大的發展中國家，仍處於並將長期處於社會主義初級階段，解決發展問題、改善民生仍是第一要務，當前中國經濟穩中有進，「中國不會落入所謂中等收入國家陷阱」。

關於外界關心的十八屆三中全會議題，習近平則指出，中國堅持改革開放不動搖、越發展就越開放，開放大門不可能關閉，且改革開放永無止境，只有進行時沒有完成時，三中全會將「提出綜合改革方案，就全面深化改革進行總體部署」。

習近平還表示，今年上半年國內生產總值增長7.6%，第三季度達到7.8%。我們正在轉變發展方式、調整經濟結構，加快推進新型工業化、資訊化、城鎮化和農業現代化。支撐中國經濟發展的內生因素很充分。
