GDP保2？管中閔：靠努力不保證

【王家俊／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺今天在立法院施政總質詢答復民黨立委蔡煌瑯詢問，經濟成長率與失業率是否黃金交叉時表示，「年初第1季依照國內外預測機構的樂觀評估，目前情勢看來並不樂觀。」蔡煌瑯引述中華經濟研究院指今年出口負成長，經濟成長率（GDP）保2困難，說好的保四呢？江揆說，不認為閣揆應該為每1季的經濟成長保證；經建會主委管中閔則說，有信心，但不保證。

對於管中閔2月樂觀預期今年經濟成長率和失業率可能出現黃金交叉，卽失業率將低於4%、經濟成長率高於4%，但與現實相距甚遠，蔡煌瑯要求管以烏紗帽對賭、承諾若今年GDP達不到2就下台負責，管中閔答復說，「經濟成長靠努力，不是靠保證。」江揆緩頰，立委提出的中經院數字也是預測值，不是保證數字，必須分清楚。

蔡煌瑯追問政府何時能讓企業漲工資，管中閔答復說，「天下沒有一個人可以保證甚麼時候可以漲薪水」，氣得蔡煌瑯痛批，江內閣拚經濟成效不彰，難怪會成為民調15.8%史上最低支持度的內閣。
