淡江大學資圖系想轉系的問題

我是淡江大學資訊與圖書館系的大一新生

事情是這樣的:
我在資訊這方面可以說是完全不懂甚至根本沒有興趣,當初指考分發放榜時
看到自己上這個系也感到很意外,也很後悔當初自己填志願時耍腦完全照分
數填,把自己不想念的科系也填了上去= =
從開學到現在上了那麼多堂課之後,老師講的我都聽不懂,我發現這個系我自
己真的念不來,所以我想轉系,目前想轉的有國貿系和日文系

我想請問:淡江轉系考是在什麼時候?是要大二才可以轉嗎?
國貿和日文系的轉系考會很難嗎?要怎麼準備?

請幫幫我,因為我真的想轉,拜託~~~
