昆西瓊斯告麥可公司違約 求償3億

中國時報【徐定遠／綜合報導】

傳奇音樂製作人昆西瓊斯，指控索尼音樂與麥可傑克森創辦的MJJ音樂製作公司違反合約，積欠上百萬美元權利金，26日在加州法院提起訴訟，求償至少３億台幣。

80歲的昆西是美國樂壇教父，曾獲27座葛萊美獎，是麥可早期創銷專輯《牆外》、《顫慄》、《壞》的製作人，兩人私交甚篤，卻在麥可死後４年反目成仇。他訴狀中聲稱麥可演唱會電影《未來的未來》與其原聲帶、太陽劇團以麥可為主題的劇目、及《壞》25周年紀念專輯均未支付他應得的權利金，並指控麥可死後發行的專輯刻意未將他列為製作人，導致他無法分享版權費。
