吸睛股：台積電。法說會後成交量較前一天明顯放大，成為盤面上觀盤指股。半導體明年看法樂觀，相關台積電概念股值得留意。

關鍵數據：美國舉債上限危機暫時化解，延到明年2月7日，國際信評組織如標準普爾等對其美政府關門使經濟受衝擊，調第四季經濟成長率0.6%，投資人再來宜留意月底前APPLE的財報與Fed利率決策數據。

技術面：大盤收周線，日周kd仍呈現向上，短線在8400點整理，只要量能配合，周量4500億、日量900億元，突破前波高點8439應指日可待。

觀盤重點：近期盤勢延月線上升，今天由電子股領軍進行跌深反彈，尤其是觸控電子股如F-TPK、義隆電、禾瑞亞等等盤勢最強，預期下周跌深電子股仍有行情可期，惟量能無法放大下，仍以中小型股較有表現。
