基隆：基隆市體育會16日上午於外木山舉辦「打造運動島計畫─單車成年禮」活動，基隆市各高中將近300位學生，騎自行車挑戰外木山湖海大道及潮境公園到深澳電廠路段，希望透過單車成年禮活動培養積極的人生觀。
