摘要：特偵組監聽立院0972總機案，內政委員會綠營召委段宜康及委員等10多人，今天上午到高等法院視察「通訊監察管理查核系統」，實地一窺司法的通訊監察機制。不過段宜康批評，透過情報系統下令的國安監察，司法的自動化系統無法監督，內控機制「有漏洞」，讓外界難以信任。會後多名立委向高院反映，希望能列出法官一年所核准的監聽票數，列出排行榜，才能監督有無濫開監聽票的情形。
