克萊斯勒申請IPO融資1億美元

北京時間9月24日上午消息克萊斯勒集團周一向美國證券交易委員會提交了發行1億美元股票的上市申請，這便為工會組織全美汽車工人聯合會在公開市場套現所持克萊斯勒股份鋪平了道路，也可能會促使其大股東菲亞特買斷工會退休醫保信托基金所持41.5%的克萊斯勒的股份。

克萊斯勒在ipo申請中表示，全美汽車工人聯合會信托基金將在此次ipo中獲得凈收益。另據《華爾街日報》報導，菲亞特首席執行官sergio marchionne正試圖與該基金達成私下買斷協議。
