國內高速公路服務區龍頭南仁湖（5905）首次跨入醫院商場領域即傳捷報，將拿下義聯集 團旗下的義大醫院附屬商場的經營權，打敗統一超、全家及誠品，預計明年4月正式接手 ，將為營運成長增添新火力。 南仁湖指出，公司從經營小墾丁渡假村起家，為擴大市場版圖，切入OT案市場，屏東海生 館即為代表作，接續延伸至服務區的經營行列，現在更進一步把視線對準醫院商場領域。 鎖定義大醫院配屬商場為第一個標的，出師告捷。 義大醫院的商場現為統一超經營，義大方面基於雙方合約即將屆滿，近期公開徵求進駐業 者，除統一超有意繼續營運外，包括南仁湖、全家及誠品，均參與競標，結果由南仁湖取 得優先議約權，目前已議約完成，近日可正式簽約。 依據雙方協議，第一階段的經營權為期七年，並可優先續約五年，合計12年，明年4月開 始接手。南仁湖正著手規劃引進餐飲等相關行業連鎖品牌等合作，並準備斥資數千元重新 打造商場。 法人指出，義大醫院現有商場占地約1,000坪，加上即將運作的癌症醫療中心也配有1,000 坪商場，商場一年營業額估起碼有3億元。 http://udn.com/NEWS/FINANCE/FIN9/8162452.shtml#ixzz2epTiZRY4 -- 文化橘 高捷FB http://www.facebook.com/krtco 大東文化藝術中心 <----> 衛武營兩廳院 <----> 市立文化中心 <----> 駁二特區 (大東站) (衛武營站) (文化中心站) (鹽埕埔站) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.27.60.41
