賴素如泣訴盼交保 法官裁定還押台北看守所

台北地方法院今(9)日下午提訊因雙子星案涉收賄、在押禁見的台北市議員賴素如，但賴仍堅稱友人彭建銘所給的新台幣100萬元是贊助款，並在庭上痛哭自己在看守所每天只能洗1次澡，全身長汗疹，而且每天睡不到4小時，希望獲得交保，但並未獲法官同意，在庭訊結束後，賴素如仍遭還押台北看守所。

北院今天審理賴素如涉貪案，但她不認罪，還泣訴「一定要繼續押我嗎？」她指出，事發後配合偵辦，並非罪大惡極之人，希望法官想想身後的天秤，給她公平審判的程序，能准予交保，但最後仍未獲法官同意，裁定還押。
