NBA／好運旺旺來？山貓更名黃蜂　季票銷售爆增

改名，真的能改運？

夏洛特山貓日前通過聯盟理事會投票，確定於2014-15年球季改回舊隊名「夏洛特黃蜂」，沒想到效果還真是快又有效。

根據《the Score》報導，自從更名案通過後，山貓的季票銷售已經提升59%，新球季的季票銷量也飆到全聯盟排名前10名。

除了門票銷售成長，山貓也吸引了許多新的贊助商以及產品邀請，球團周邊商品的銷售量比起去年同期更是增長了1倍。

北美職業運動近年最重大的球團更名事件當屬MLB的坦帕灣光芒，2007年球季結束後，從「魔鬼魚」改名為「光芒」的他們，隔年也從聯盟最爛球隊之一，一躍成為美聯冠軍。

雖然該年世界大賽光芒敗給費城費城人，無緣再創顛峰，當時的「灰姑娘傳奇」早已成為不朽記憶。
