公債法修正通過還未公告實施 胡志強：影響建設

立院已經通過「公債法修正案」，但中央至今尚未公告實施日期。台中市長胡志強表示，明明看到錢、卻還不能用，嚴重影響預算編列，很多重大建設都不能動，將造成混亂不堪，希望中央盡速公告實施。　　 (寇世菁報導)

地方政府引頸期盼的公債法修正案，六月底立院終於審查通過，但中央至今還沒有公告實施日，引發地方不滿，台中市長胡志強說，最近好多局處上簽公文，都表示公債法修正通過後，希望原本被刪除的預算，能夠恢復編列，胡志強指出，這些都是基本而重要的建設，市府正編列明年預算，將影響借貸額度，明明看到錢，卻還不能用，所有重大建設都停滯，恐將造成混亂不堪現象。

胡志強指出，市府不會亂借錢變成債務，舉債一定以民眾急需的建設優先，此外，就是建設下去，市府會賺錢的工程，希望中央儘速公告法案實施日。
