海外課稅規定　僑委會籲放寬

【何孟奎／台北報導】僑委會委員長吳英毅下午在國民黨中常會專題報告時指出，所得稅是海外台商返國投資關切的重點，目前已將海外所得課稅從當年在台停留一天就課稅放寬為居住31日以上，已是很大進步，但希望能比照具僑民身分役男當兵規定，將課稅規定延長為180天以上。

吳英毅表示，有些僑胞回台灣參加國慶相關活動，往往就超過31天，因此希望能將現行居住31天就課稅的規定，延長為居住超過180天以上才課稅。國民黨副主席林豐正裁示時請在場的行政院秘書長陳威仁帶回去，交由相關單位研議，提供協助。
