請問女友要分手,要如何挽回分手後的女友？

分手心很痛,我和女友在一起,有三年了,我們是網路上
認識的,當初是她追求我的,在今年因為她換了工作,到台南工作
所以見面機會更少

加上公司男同事有人對她展開追求
上星期我女友提出分手,分手後女友就不在理我,
打電話給她,她都没接,我真的好難過, 愛一個人好難
但是我不想放棄她,畢竟我們的愛得來不易

請問各位我要如何挽回分手後的女友？
