服貿協議 江揆指示加強溝通釋疑

針對兩岸服務貿易協議引發的爭議，行政院長江宜樺今天(4日)表示，經濟部、陸委會已安排數十場活動，除了相關首長出席外，總統、副總統及他也都會親自到場說明。由於服貿協議還須經過立法院逐條審查與表決，江宜樺指示相關部會加強與朝野黨團溝通、爭取支持。

行政院長江宜樺4日表示，兩岸服務貿易協議簽署以來，社會各界有諸多疑慮，他日前責成相關部會加強溝通宣導，經濟部、陸委會已安排數十場活動，除了相關首長出席外，總統、副總統及他也都會親自到場說明。

江宜樺要求各部會必須準備充分的資料，以口語化方式讓宣導對象了解協議內容。行政院發言人鄭麗文轉述：『(原音)各部會溝通時需設身處地瞭解宣導對象疑慮，準備充分資料，以口語化方式搭配實例及數據，讓宣導對象瞭解協議內容及對相關業界的保護，來化解疑慮。』

服貿協議在上週的行政院會通過後，已函送立法院等待逐條審查及表決。江宜樺指示陸委會、經濟部及相關部會與立法院朝野黨團充分溝通、爭取支持，並請相關單位規劃辦理發放說帖及文宣，以簡明扼要的方式讓立委及民眾充分瞭解。
