國道計程收費 消基會批不公

國道計程收費箭在弦上，最快可能9月就要上路，但是三種計費方案，純粹里程計程，走多少收多少，或是每天各有15公里和20公里的免費里程，哪種最好?

消基會實地算過後表示，計程收費規劃了免費里程，將形成長程補貼短程，失去了公平精神!

往來台北-桃園的通勤族，若沒搭客運或火車，就得開車，像李先生一星期有三天開車上班，未來國道將採里程計費，到底高工局規劃的三種方案，那一種對通勤族比較划算?

對一星期要跑桃園四趟以上的計程車運將來說，每天有20公里免費里程的方案三，是最優惠的，不過，只要路程超過65公里，結果就會大逆轉，以台北到高雄349公里來計算，用多少算多少的方案一，最便宜，314元，有15公里免費的方案二，則要356元，原來台北-桃園最便宜的方案三，反而變最成貴，要383元，消基會認為，免費里程將形成長程補貼短程，天天走高速公路的短程用路人，卻不用付費，要求高工局不能用網路民調來決定費率，應該堅持「走多少收多少」的原則，才有公平正義。
