法總統拒緊縮 堅守支出計畫

（法新社布魯塞爾28日電） 法國總統歐蘭德今天說，法國將堅持目前的支出計畫。但審計院警告，法國赤字可能會超出近來與歐洲聯盟商定的修正上限。

歐蘭德（Francois Hollande）在布魯塞爾歐盟2天高峰會第一天議程結束時，對記者說，「法國2013年勢在必行的是，維持公共支出。」

他堅稱，法國的目標是要在今年底，將公共赤字降低到國內生產毛額（GDP）3.7%以下。

他辯稱，目前要擬定2013年赤字評估還太早，「因為一切要看今年下半年的稅收而定」。

但是他承認：「如果成長維持目前疲弱狀況，也就是如果屆時我們處在輕微衰退中...那麼該擔心的是，稅收將不如預期」。

審計院（Cour des Comptes）昨天說，如果法國經濟未達成政府預估的0.1%成長率，那麼2013年公共赤字可能會高達GDP的4.1%。（譯者：中央社羅苑韶）
