新興股票型基金 淨流入回吐

（中央社記者潘智義台北18日電）富蘭克林投顧表示，受美國聯邦準備理事會可能縮減量化寬鬆政策規模疑慮，新興市場股票型基金今年以來累積淨流入金額回吐逾半。

新興市場投資組合基金研究（EPFR）統計，6月6至12日，除日本與已開發歐洲股票型基金外，其餘股票型基金全數遭到資金淨流出，尤其各類型新興市場股票型基金合計遭資金淨流出64.44億美元，過去3週新興市場資金淨流出金額高達150億美元，今年以來累積淨流入金額回吐逾半。

同一期間，美國股票型基金遭資金淨流出10.31億美元，日本股票型基金獲3.45億美元資金淨流入，為連續21週獲資金淨流入。

富蘭克林投顧以美銀美林新興國家美元主權債指數為例，殖利率一度彈升至6月13日的5.02%，已回到去年9月美國宣布第3波量化寬鬆政策前，約於6月底的水準，顯示投資人對新興債市的拋售似已過度。

以目前經濟局勢來看，富蘭克林投顧指出，失業率仍高出聯準會預設的目標值6.5%甚多，加上近期通膨率走滑，聯準會其實並無退場的急迫性。1020618
