您覺得和我國相較之下,哪個國家的國防政策和兵役制度是值得我們效法的?
其原因為何?(例如:以色列的全民皆兵),
P.S在理性分析下,請比較我國和他國國防政策的不同之處,除非提出充分理由,否則盡量不要藉此隨意批評我國的國防政策,也不需把政治涉入其中,只單純討論國家防衛制度的部分
