之前印象中，好像有類似上午幾點~10點，是學習記憶的好時段之類的！
不知道一天的時間中，有哪些時段，是適合學習的時間呢？

應該是一早起來最有精神的時候吧,以前念書都是很早睡很早起來準備期末考XD
