標題[食記] 台北 東京高田馬場-鷹流拉麵

2013／5 http://vikingbear.pixnet.net/blog/post/28590126 頗受好評的鷹流拉麵 日前前去用餐 店家標榜的是日系重口味拉麵 想說重口味對我來說不是問題 只是沒看到括號裡面的濃厚的膠原蛋白 跟男友分別點了鹽味跟味噌 兩種拉麵的配料大同小異 叉燒肉~筍子~ 比較意外的是裡面有深綠色的蔬菜 另外都有一顆糖心蛋在裡面 老實講 拉麵的鹹度個人覺得還好 並不是像旺味一樣重鹹 鹽味跟味噌的湯底味道都還不錯 這的麵條是比較粗一點的 只是湯裡面真的太多膠原蛋白了 喝到最後~真的會覺得太過油膩~ 個人不是很喜歡就是了~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.72.47.122
