食品安全是目前民眾關心的重點，新北市衛生局邀集法制局、農業局及經發局，與轄內連鎖火鍋業者召開「連鎖火鍋餐飲業者公告食材成分溝通會議」，與會的有石二鍋、聚火鍋.......等15家業者，都同意即日起，儘速將湯頭、鍋底、高湯資訊，依品名、內容物、添加物及其他等4項清楚標示，衛生局將於6月10號起派員訪查。

衛生局長林雪蓉表示，希望能輔導新北市餐飲業者，對於販售的產品主動在店家標示食材成分，以方便消費者辨識、選擇；目前規劃先從民眾普遍外食的火鍋業者做起，讓民眾知道到底吃下肚的是什麼。對於有幾家火鍋業者都提出問題若是獨家秘方，要如何標示；對此衛生局說明，可以在「其他」這個項目，標示商家本身秘方的名稱，但須備妥供貨來源的憑證，以備衛生局做進一步查核。
