管中閔仍樂觀 保三還有機會

〔自由時報記者陳梅英／台北報導〕對於主計總處下修今年經濟成長率至2.4％，年初對景氣預期樂觀，甚至提出「黃金交叉」（經濟成長率高於4％、失業率低於4％）的經建會主委管中閔表示，他對今年經濟成率「保三」仍未死心。

管中閔二月接掌經建會主委時，曾樂觀表示今年可以達到GDP3.8％的經建目標，他當時並提出「黃金交叉」的目標，但四月底主計總處大幅下修第一季GDP後，他改口「非常、非常困難」，但今年GDP還是有機會「保三」。

主計總處昨宣告今年GDP「保三」無望後，管中閔表示，如果下半年景氣回溫，出口可以維持原來的預估，今年GDP要「保三」，還是有機會。
