廣大興漁船遭槍擊死亡案事發已過10天，法務部今（19）日下午再次召開國際記者會，法務部政務次長陳明堂現場公開目前偵查所得證據，包括案發船艙中彈位置、血跡班班的彈頭照片，以說明子彈射擊方向。

陳明堂強調外交部、法務部與其他機關所組成的調查小組，是取得菲律賓同意後才於16日赴菲調查，完全符合程序，菲律賓表示不知我方調查小組赴菲，是出爾反爾的行為。但由於台菲雙方近日的發展，我國調查小組未來如何進行調查，雙方將再進一步洽談。

陳明堂表示，需要兩國合作調查才能獲得真相，雙方應建立互信基礎，共同調查並不會產生互相干預司法權的疑慮。基於互惠原則，我調查小組希望能盡快到菲方調查，也同意菲方到我方調查。

時下青少年流行穿船型襪，不過台中市龍津國中不但明令禁止，如果被訓導主任抓到違規，還會罰學生把襪頭拉高、拿透明膠帶黏住腳踝上方，被學生投訴管教過當。

該校訓導主任陳成達否認罰黏襪子，卻自爆曾罰捲褲管的學生以膠帶黏褲管，陳成達說：「禁止學生穿船型襪，是為了保護脆弱的腳踝，但只會要求更換，從未以膠帶黏腳，也不可能天天盯著學生的襪子。」中市教育局表示「學生只要不是奇裝異服，其實不用太在意。」
