北檢偵辦雙子星案，24日下午約談太極雙星負責人何岳儒、顧問賴世聲及發言人王佑仁。經過整夜訊問後，今（25）日確定將何、王聲押禁見，賴世聲部分則是請回。

檢調目前正就太極雙星投標過程進行清查，據了解，日本森集團原先並未同意入股太極雙星團隊，但後來的招標文件中，卻明顯有森集團的入股資料，因此檢調懷疑，有人偽造假文件詐標欺騙市府。

經過北檢漏夜複訊後，認定何岳儒、王佑仁涉犯詐欺等罪，並有串供及串證之虞，加上兩人為共犯關係，因此向台北地方法院聲請羈押禁見。在地院收案後，上午10時將召開羈押庭。

檢調人員懷疑，謊稱有日商、馬商的加持，最後得標雙星開發案的議約權，但實際上，該集團根本不願負責此案，而想透過此來吸引下游廠商競標，從中賺取差價。

對相關質疑，遭約談的賴世聲訊後僅表示遺憾，他強調太極雙星是很好團隊，絕對沒有涉及不法，跟巿政府互動，沒有踰越法律規範事項。

至於王佑仁部分，也聲稱不清楚標單上的資料來源，但檢方認為他有說謊嫌疑，隨即聲押禁見。

對整起開發案，郝龍斌昨日也在議會清楚表達立場，他強調，市府在議約過程已有防範舉措，但招標過程確實有檢討空間，日前也已經提出方案，會做後續處理。

至於與第二順位廠商議約情況，目前並沒有停下來，一切都會在公開透明下做處理，但若招標過程涉及不法將不排除直接廢標。
